Jim Jiwani has made
giving back to the commu-
nity an integral part of his life.
He donates a car annually
to the World Partnership Walk,
which raises funds to help
improve the lives of families
and communities in some
of the poorest regions of
Africa and Asia. All of the
funds raised go directly
to programs such as health,
education and rural
development. Not a cent
is spent on administration.
Jiwani also supports the
Breast Cancer Foundation
and volunteers his time to
organize charity golf
tournaments.
This is in addition to other
charity events he and his
employees participate
in as they arise.
“In order for us to get, we
have to give,” he says.
“It doesn’t matter what
country you live in or
what religion or culture you
come from, that remains true.
“I started with very little, so
I’m grateful for what I have and
I’m grateful for what I can give
back to the community.”
