Corporate responsibility is a big part of the Calgary
Airport Authority’s mandate. It supports a
variety of local organizations including the United
Way, Tourism Calgary and the Mustard Seed. It
also hosts Spaceport, an educational facility for
kids about space and aeronautics, and a program
with the Vocational and Rehabilitation Research

Institute (VRRI) that provides employment opportunities
at the airport for people with disabilities.
The airport is also home to the White Hat
Welcome program, a volunteer initiative that
gives Calgarians the opportunity to make guests
feel welcome and wanted in our city. For more
